To add maximum durability to the entire structure, the frame has been welded with precision. This 1" thick polished steel griddle plate is welded to a 3-1/4" H stainless steel backsplash. It has (4) U-shaped aluminized steel burners that run on natural gas and offer infinite heat control for each 12" of griddle width. The griddle is fitted with a 4-1/2 qt. capacity grease can and also has a 3/4" rear gas connection point. It has a convertible gas pressure regulator for easy conversion to LP gas.For user convenience; the griddle is given a working height of 12-1/2". The 4" sturdy stainless steel legs can be easily adjusted. It has tapered side splashes and a stainless steel trough that eliminate any potential of corrosion. The highly efficient standing pilot ignition system is designed to save energy. Each burner has a heat valve control knob that gives infinite control. It is constructed standard for natural gas service and can be easily converted using the LP conversion kit that is supplied with the unit.The Vulcan VCRG48M offers 25,000 BTU per 12" of width and has overall dimensions of 48" W x 27" D x 16" H.
