Featuring a total capacity of 23 Cu. Ft and a stainless steel front construction for durability and resilience, designed using the highest quality materials and components which enable colder product temperatures, lower utility costs, exceptional food safety and a great value. The ends, back and top are constructed of anodized aluminum, with NSF approved white aluminum interior liner and a stainless steel floor. The extra large condenser and evaporator coil which hold a steady temperature at -10°F. The bottom mounted compressor runs in the coolest, most grease free area of the kitchen and allows for additional storage on top of the unit. It's also allows for easier maintenance and convenient cleaning since no ladder is required to reach it. An automatic defrost system that is time initiated and temperature-terminated saves energy and provides the shortest possible defrost cycle.
