Unlike with many bottom-facing setting adjusters, this system makes changing the grind setting back and forth a simple task. The Hario Skerton is made with Hario’s famous glass, BPA-Free plastic, and stainless steel. The included ground coffee catcher comes with a no-slip grip on the bottom of the jar, keeping the grinder from slipping and sliding while you’re trying to grind. The Hario catcher has a capacity of 100g and is larger than most hand grinders of similar size, but if you wish, you can replace it with any mason jar of your choosing.
