VBF170M is a red, multi-layer film suitable for vacuum bagging (50 micron) and infusion (75 micron) of composite structures. VBF170M offers high flexibility and elongation making it suited to the vacuum bagging of complex shaped components. As a co-extruded film, it is a more cost-effective alternative than mono-layer nylon films at temperatures up to 170°C. It is commonly used for motorsport, industrial and glass-laminating applications. VBF170M is available in tube format in widths from 460mm to 1.8m wide and is sold per square meter.
