Raku Tool MB Series Tooling Board

RAKU TOOL Modeling Boards (MB) are brown coloured, rectangular boards made of polyurethane that can be bonded in various shapes and sizes. Modeling boards are quick and easy to mill on CNC machines, with manual processing also possible in some cases. Impressive features of these polyurethane boards with densities ranging from 0.6 to 0.72 g/cm3 include good chip formation, fine surface finishes, and excellent dimensional stability. Applications include master, cubing, and presentation models as well as design and form studies. Aerontec stock the MB-0600 boards with dimensions 1500mm x 500mm in 25mm, 50mm and 100mm thickness.
