Mikon W64 Water Based Release Agent

The future of semi-permanent release, offering low odour, water based, combination sealing and release in one product. Release Agent Mikon W-64 is a semi-permanent, water-based combination sealer and release agent which is easy to handle and provides a high slip effect. The product has been developed to eliminate waxes in processing. This particular product renders constant wax and polishing applications unnecessary, since Mikon W-64 release film adheres very well to the mould surface. Post processing, such as secondary bonding or painting, can be done without further treatments, since there is no transfer of the product to the moulded parts. Mikon W-64 creates high gloss finished surfaces and minimizes release agent residues in the mould. Mikon W-64 is sold per litre.
