Cellulose based micro-fibres add strength to resin and they are used to make structural adhesive mixes. Adhesive mixes also require a small percentage of fumed silica to control the thixotropy of the mixture, preventing it from being too runny or dry and overloaded with micro-fibre. Cotton Flock / Micro-fibres are sold per kg.
