The MiniRail base and self tapping screw are key components to the minirail express system. The base is a 17″ piece of rail with EPDM on the bottom for water proofing. The base is installed to the peak of trapezoidal metal roof using four Jf3 self tapping screws. 4 of the screws are included in the kit.
