TemVulc Spray Cement is a low viscosity formula designed for application by spray equipment systems. TemVulc Spray Black Cement has high tack and provides excellent adhesion on uncured rubber materials to cured rubber surfaces such as tires or conveyor belts. Specially formulated for bonding tire repairs, fill rubber, rope rubber and tread compounds to tires. Spray type with a blend of Heptane, tackifiers and natural rubber. Rubber solids are controlled at 10.0-11.0%. T80: 7.0 – 8.0 min @ 150 ºC Curing Temperature: 210ºF (98ºC) to 320º (160ºC) Storage Temperature: 60°F – 86°F (16°C – 30°C) and out of sunlight.*Important to rotate stock and agitate the can before use. Shelf Life: The material specified above was manufactured to Tech International specifications. Normal shelf life on TemVulc, Black Spray Cement is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
