Product detailsThe Tablecraft SF16 is a 16" French whip/whisk, that is perfect for whipping eggs and sauces. French whisks have a slimmer profile and thicker wires, which are important for several reasons. Its narrow end makes it easy to fit into the corners of pots and pans, preventing food from burning by building up in the corners. The thick wires make them perfect for mixing thicker sauces and heavy batters. The Tablecraft SF16 French Whisk features 18/8 stainless steel wires that resists corrosion for longevity. The steel wires are coated which adds several benefits.
