Use a soft, shimmery shadow from lash line all the way up to brow. Balance out a bold lip by opening the eye with soft colors and frame the eye with a defined brow and lots of lashes. When using a deeper, bolder lip color, line lips and fill in with a lip pencil to make sure lips are nicely defined. Apply a thin layer of translucent powder between pencil and lipstick to help set.
