Product detailsThe Duke 302-LP is an Aerohot™ food table designed to keep food hot and ready to serve for a long period of time. This commercial steam table is ideal for buffets, catering, banquets, and cafes to arrange sides, entree, and hot desserts within a limited space. The 30-3/8" wide table includes (2) stationary wells that use 2500 BTU per hour of heating power for maximum efficiency. Each well is independently operated by the gas control valve to maintain optimum temperature. The 12"x20" die-stamped opening of wells with 8" depth can accommodate full-sized steam table pans. The heat compartments have fiberglass insulation at the bottom and sides to ensure maximum efficiency. Each compartment has a radiation plate for uniform heating.This hot food table includes a 1/2" thick polyethylene cutting board that acts as an additional workspace to arrange filling plates or change food pans. This board includes die-stamped brackets and a stainless steel support shelf. The unit also includes an undershelf that offers additional storage space for extra food pans, lids, and serving utensils to keep all the essential tools close at hand.The body, undershelf, and interior shelf of this Aerohot™ food plate are made of 20-gauge, 430 Series stainless steel to resist corrosion and ensure a lasting performance. The stainless steel tubular legs of this table provide maximum support and the adjustable plastic feet allow the operators to level it according to the need.
