Product detailsThe Star-Max® 524TGF Electric Commercial Griddle is made of high-quality and durable material. Providing precise temperature control, the griddle is perfect for food service operation. Its stainless steel bull nose front is designed to protect the knobs. The double-wall construction of the griddle allows users to install the unit within 1" of its combustible surface in case space is limited. Fitted with the New Throttling Thermostat, placed 5/16" from the cooking surface, this unit allows users to adjust temperatures from 150°F to 450°F. With all stainless steel construction, the griddle ensures long-lasting durability and is easy to clean.A 4000 W element is installed at every 12" on the cooking surface to prevent hot spots and fast recovery. To reduce heat loss, the double-wall design of the griddle features an enclosed bottom. The stainless steel bull nose front has cool-to-touch stainless steel knobs that ensure a comfortable and safe work zone. It has a 4-1/2" high-tapered splashguard that ensures maximum cleanliness while cooking. Equipped with a junction box, users can easily make electrical connections for the griddle to function effectively.
