Product detailsThe Shortening Shuttle® SS-611 waste oil cart helps to keep restaurant's fryer oil clean! 9 gallon or 68 lbs capacity with blue polycarbonate handles, wheels and baffle screen. The Shortening Shuttle® SS-611 is 48.3" long x8.6" wide by 11.5" tall. It weighs 25lbs. This unit will fit under the bottom of a fryer drain outlet LESS than 11.5" high and reach a disposal container less than 40.5" tall. All Shortening Shuttle® are made of thick gauge aluminum for long lasting durability. Waste containers with openings set back from the edge more than 3.25" may require a Dumpster Extension to reach the opening. It is suggested that to facilitate storage, a hook be ordered. If more protection is desired to protect the back from bumps and dings from stairways etc. a stair plate may be ordered at time of purchase. It cannot be retrofitted. 25 lbs.View More
