Equipped with a rapid fry technology, the fryer allows the user to pre-load another batch of food inside the drawer till the time one batch is already frying in the oil. As soon as the first batch of food is completely cooked, this unit automatically starts to cook. This simplifies the work of a kitchen up to a great extent. Not only that, this electric fryer dispenses cooked food on its own. So, all you need to do is load the food and take it out, once completely cooked. The dual load cook cycle can cook two different food items together while keeping in mind their individual cooking time. The Electric Fryer has a preset mode giving the user an option of feeding 9 different food products into the electronic system. Whenever it is time to fry, all that needs to be done is choosing the right preset number and wait for the food to cook. Making it user-friendly equipment, this electric fryer comes with a manual mode for loading uncooked food items and enter the cooking time for starting the cooking cycle. For consistent cooking of food, there is a Cook Time Sensitivity feature that extends the cooking time of its own whenever there is a significant drop in temperature.
