This Globe countertop gas fryer boasts a stainless steel exterior for long-lasting durability as well as a stainless steel fry pot with drain valve and extension pipe to aid in easy draining once the cooking is done. It also comes with a removable oil pan for easy cleaning. The two (2) heavy-duty, durable fry baskets are nickel-plated and provided with cool-to-touch insulated handles for added safety and convenience of the kitchen staff. Each basket can hold up to 5 lb of product. The unit features built-in nesting grooves to hang the fry baskets, which allow the oil to drip back in the fryer. Ideal for high-volume fast food businesses, this powerful countertop fryer features a heating power of 53,000 BTU with four (4) tube burners that can cook 40-50 lb of French fries per hour. The unit is equipped with Robert Shaw™ snap-action thermostats to ensure faster recovery. It has high performance, stainless steel tube burners inside rectangular heat chambers to provide even and thorough heating. It comes with high limit thermostat protection for added safety as it shuts the fryer down if it exceeds a certain limit. You can adjust the temperature between 200°F and 400°F to meet your cooking requirements. The gas countertop fryer stands stable with its 4" adjustable stainless steel legs.
