It has an adjustable thermostat and a high-limit safety thermostat installed on it with separate switches for both.This countertop fryer has a one-piece nickel-plated, lift out steel kettle with 15 lbs capacity that is perfect for straining of oils. The tubular immersion-type, swing-up, two-position element aids efficient frying. The (2) sided-mounted nickel-plated, perforated steel mesh baskets come as standard accessories with the unit. It has (2) indicator lights for users to monitor the operational status of the unit.
