With a capacity of producing 321 lbs. of easy-to-chew "cubelet" ice per day, this ice maker is perfect for commercial applications and can hold up to 40 lbs. of ice inside its storage bin. The unit has an integrated CleanCycle feature that performs 15-minute purge every 12 hours to remove the impurities from the water. This makes the water or ice safe for consumption, even when the unit is being used at the highest frequency.For maximum corrosion-resistance, the dispenser has a stainless steel exterior that allows long-lasting durability and high-volume use. Hoshizaki DCM-300BAH is perfect for healthcare facilities, institutes, and office buildings. Its self-contained design makes sure that cross-contamination doesn't occur. To add more protection, the dispenser is fitted with an H-Guard Plus antimicrobial agent and uses a highly effective R-404A refrigerant. The removable air filter is there to provide easy sanitary cleaning. This unit requires a 115V electrical connection to function effectively. A separate nozzle is provided for water dispensing. Its air-cooled system generates cubelet ice measuring 1/4"x3/8"x1/2".
