Food rail on top is equipped with six third-size pans and has the ability to hold up to 6"H pans for preparing different dishes at the same time without flavor transfer. Food rail has an insulated pan cover to make sure that the food stays cold and fresh so that there is no compromise in quality. An extra-deep cutting board with 1/2" thickness allows quick chopping and slicing of fruits and vegetables while its detachable feature helps clean the unit easily.
