Product detailsThe True TSSU-48-12-HC is a sandwich and salad prep table with two doors and 12 Cu. Ft. storage capacity. The exterior of the prep table is constructed of a durable, easy to clean stainless steel front, top and ends with a matching aluminum finished back. The interior is constructed of an attractive, NSF approved aluminum liner and a stainless steel floor with coved corners. The unit comes with a full length removable 11-3/4" deep cutting board, a refrigerated pan rail and twelve (12) clear polycarbonate insert pans with foam insulated lids. Each refrigerated section contains two adjustable, heavy duty PVC coated wire shelves.
