Product detailsThis True TMC-58-DS Forced Air Milk Cooler is a dual access unit that is meant for usage at cafeterias, dining halls, lunchrooms, food courts, and canteens at school facilities, university campuses, or other facilities. The durable cabinet has its exterior front, back, sides, and top made of non-peel or chip white vinyl material while the two doors are made of stainless steel. The interior is NSF approved and has the clear-coated aluminum liner with reinforced stainless steel floor. Heavy-duty floor racks on the interior come installed as standard components. The welded heavy-duty steel frame rail has been black powder-coated for maximum protection from corrosion.For maximum temperature retention, the entire cabinet is foamed-in-place using the high-density polyurethane insulation that has zero (0) ozone depletion (ODP) and zero (0) global warming potential (GWP). Using the R290 environmentally-friendly, the factory-engineered, self-contained refrigeration system ensures rapid cooling of milk. The cooler holds temperatures between 33°F and 38°F. TMC-58-DS is designed to hold sixteen (16) 13"Lx13"Dx11-1/8"H milk crates. The condensing unit can be easily accessed from behind the back grill that slides out for easy cleaning and maintenance. Reducing energy consumption, the state-of-the-art electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors move more consistent volume of air that produces less heat.It has all stainless steel self-service doors that have a convenient drop front and hold-open flip-up top mechanism. Door locks come installed as standard components to keep the contents securely stored during off-hours. The one-piece magnetic door gaskets provide a tight seal and can be removed without using tools for cleaning and replacement purpose. An exterior digital temperature display ensures easy monitoring of temperatures. It has a conveniently positioned clean-out drain with a 1/2" NPT-PVC drain plug.
