Designed for maximum refrigeration, this commercial-grade, high-capacity chiller is used for chilling hot food items and pre-chilling food items for grab-and-go merchandisers, salad bars, and other small-volume displays. It is ideal for use in grocery stores, delis, convenience stores, and more. This chiller operates on 90°F ambient temperature and 15°F evaporator. The self-contained refrigeration system uses R-404A refrigerant to circulate air at high velocity and maintain temperature range between 31°F and 35°F. The INTELA-TRAUL® microprocessor control system includes a LED Celsius or Fahrenheit temperature display and a RS485 data port to regularly monitor the operations of quick chiller. The unit features air-cooled 3/4 HP compressor motor, hot gas evaporator, thermostatic expansion valve, and blower coil assure trouble-free operation.With a 9.2 cu. ft. of capacity, this versatile Traulsen Full-Size Quick Chiller features stainless steel interior, front, door, sides, and louver panel for a lasting performance. The top, bottom, and back of the unit have a heavy-gauge aluminized steel construction that allows easy maintenance. The cabinet and door structure has 2" thick foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation for cold air retention. The self-closing door is surrounded by anti-condensate heaters to eliminate water vapors and prevent frosting. This door includes (2) wire shelves to accommodate approx. 225 lbs products on each shelf.
