Product detailsThe True T-23F-HC Reach-In One-Door Freezer is a reach in commercial freezer with one, positive seal self-closing solid swing door to minimize wasted energy consumption. Featuring a total capacity of 23 cu. ft. and a stainless steel front construction for durability and resilience, the freezer is designed using the highest quality materials and components. This allows for colder product temperatures, lower utility costs, exceptional food safety, and a great value. The ends, back, and top are constructed of anodized aluminum, with an NSF approved white aluminum interior liner and a stainless steel floor. The extra-large condenser and evaporator coil hold a steady temperature at -10°F. The bottom-mounted compressor runs in the coolest, most grease-free area of the kitchen and allows for additional storage on top of the unit. It also allows for easier maintenance and convenient cleaning since no ladder is required to reach it. An automatic defrost system that is time initiated and temperature-terminated saves energy and provides the shortest possible defrost cycle.
