The forced-air refrigeration system of the cooler maintains its temperature between 33°F to 38°F that can be monitored on the externally-mounted digital thermometer display. The entire cabinet structure has a high-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation for cold air retention.The True TMC-58 milk cooler comes equipped with a powerful 1/3 HP motor and utilized an eco-friendly R290 refrigerant for maximum efficiency. The condensing unit can be accessed from behind for cleaning and maintenance purposes. The bottom floor drain with NPT-PVC drain plug allows easy discharge of water and spills from the interior. The epoxy-coated evaporator of the cooler resists corrosion and increases its life span. This milk cooler is available in a choice of (28) different exterior finish options.
