Description The ISD1820 is a record and playback module that can record a sound and play it whenever required. The module comes with a microphone to record the sound and an 8-ohm speaker to play the recorded sound. By default, the recording time is 8 seconds but can be extended up to 20 seconds by replacing a single resistor. The operating voltage is from 3V to 5V. Simply power the ISD1820 Voice module and press the record (REC) button, record the audio, and then use PLAYE or PLAYL button to play the recorded audio. It can also be interfaced with a microcontroller to automate the process.
