Tarragon adds herbaceous, bitter-sweet, green anise-like flavours to lots of classic dishes. Made using Northern Ireland's award-winning Broighter Gold single seed variety virgin cold-pressed rapeseed oil. A healthy oil, high in monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats with ten times more omega 3 than olive oil plus omega 6, 9, vitamin E and D. Use as a vinaigrette base to dress for baby vegetables, try rubbed onto chicken with mustard and cracked pepper or mix with fresh orange juice, add a splash of rhubarb vinegar and season as a knockout dressing for BBQ grilled fish.
