Herb & spice infusion of rosemary, garlic and lemon with a hint of chilli. Made using Northern Ireland's award-winning Broighter Gold single seed variety virgin cold-pressed rapeseed oil. A healthy oil, high in monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats with ten times more omega 3 than olive oil plus omega 6, 9, vitamin E and D. Excellent with roasted vegetable, poultry or as a dipping oil.
