An aromatic flavoured oil fusion of spice and citrus. Made using Northern Ireland's award-winning Broighter Gold single seed variety virgin cold-pressed rapeseed oil. A healthy oil, high in monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats with ten times more omega 3 than olive oil plus omega 6, 9, vitamin E and D. Great for roasting salmon, red snapper or as a base for a seafood salad dressing with orange & black pepper.
