A fragrant Thai inspired lime & lemongrass flavoured oil. Made using Northern Ireland's award-winning Broighter Gold single seed variety virgin cold-pressed rapeseed oil. A healthy oil, high in monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats with ten times more omega 3 than olive oil plus omega 6, 9, vitamin E and D. A few drops bring fragrant Thai flavours to a stir-fry or a curry or try mixed with a little butter for grilling fish.
