A Fennel herb flavoured oil with a sweetly aromatic fresh flavour. Made using Northern Ireland's award-winning Broighter Gold single seed variety virgin cold-pressed rapeseed oil. A healthy oil, high in monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats with ten times more omega 3 than olive oil plus omega 6, 9, vitamin E and D. A few drops will enrich a fish soup or stew or try blended into mayonnaise with garlic for a twist on a classic aioli.
