Produced from virgin timber sourced from certified sustainable forestry, these wood chips are fully food contact regulation compliant. Suitable for use in traditional smokers & with smoking guns. Hickory is a strong but sweet hardwood smoke great for classic low & slow brisket, pork shoulders or ribs but also good for cold smoking cheese, nuts, or oily fish.
