Description The L293D is a quadruple high-current half-H driver IC that provides bidirectional drive currents to loads such as relays, solenoid, DC, and stepping motors. It is also suitable for use in switching applications at frequencies up to 5 kHz. The L293D IC is designed to control motors operating from 4.5V to 36V with drive currents of up to 600mA.
